I’m a digital design manager in the automotive fintech space, which sounds fancy, so I’ll leave that in here.

Most recently, I’ve helped build and launch native apps, eCommerce experiences, design systems and more — but I’d also be perfectly happy obsessing over the technical limits of ink and paper.

2007 — 2010

Team Detroit

Art Director

My first big person job. I was Art Director for Ford Credit, Owner Welcome Kits and Ford Customer Service Division print ads and direct mail. I learned a lot of tricks that I still pull out of the hat today.
2010 — 2019

MXM

Sr. Art Director // Associate Creative Director

I specialized in high-profile launches where business as usual wasn't enough. When there was a knowledge gap, I filled it and taught everyone else. In addition to automotive, I worked on pharmaceutical and casual dining accounts.
2019 — 2026

Ford Credit

Digital Product Designer // UX Design Manager

I joined this small design team to work on the brand website and online credit application. We grew a scrappy operation into a 50 member team of UI/UX practitioners. As a manager, I helped hire much of the team and establish culture and processes. My days involve mentorship, guidance and rubbing elbows with the execs. For whatever that’s worth.
